METALLICA Interviewed On 'Black Carpet' At 'Call Of Duty: Black Ops' Launch Party (Video)
November 5, 2010METALLICA was interviewed on the "black carpet" of last night's (Thursday, November 4) party to promote the release of the new video game "Call Of Duty: Black Ops" in Hangar Eight at Santa Monica Airport, California. You can watch the footage below.
METALLICA played an abbreviated set at the event, which raised funds for The Call of Duty Endowment, a non-profit organization that helps soldiers transition to civilian life and assists them in establishing jobs and careers.

This was METALLICA's only U.S. gig for the rest of the year.
Activision released "Guitar Hero: Metallica" in March 2009. The band played a special release party for that game at the South By Southwest festival in Austin, Texas that month.
